The Qualities of an Entrepreneur - My Top 10
The qualities that each Entrepreneur has in common are numerous and that I have chosen what I do know to be the highest 10 qualities and characteristics that are present altogether entrepreneurs.
Think about some entrepreneurs you recognize, those that have gone on to attain great success in their lives, and consider what it's that creates them to persist and do so well. Many of them have done this against all odds and for several, their desire to succeed has been borne out necessarily and desperation.
IGOR ROITBURG thinks when someone is desperate, they're going to do anything to create things better, and also the strength of this determination blows any limiting factors or limiting beliefs out of the window.
The Qualities Every Entrepreneur has, 1 through to 10:
1. A Vision
They know what they require, they visualize themselves doing it. so that they have the 'What' and that they must strive to create the 'How' happen. they are doing this by networking furiously; a real entrepreneur will rarely have a conversation with anyone without a purpose.
They will not even bear in mind they're doing this, their natural curiosity to find out about people which way learn what people want, is simply inherent within every entrepreneur.
So next time you are feeling like you're being interrogated at an assemblage, just think to yourself "is this person just being nosey, or are they an entrepreneur thinking of their next venture?"
2. A Belief
All entrepreneurs have a robust belief in their ability although many successful people have said they very often had no idea what they were doing from some point to the subsequent. Their inner belief is what drove them on to success, they knew that whatever hurdle they chanced on, they might not stop at it.
Subconsciously they know that obstacles are what drive them and deciding the way to, and eventually getting around or over these is their main motivator. Their belief, conscious or otherwise is what drives them forward all the time.
3. Courage - they confront fears and just lie with
All entrepreneurs have courage although they'll not admit this to themselves or anyone else they need this in abundance. they'll present as confident but deep inside they're quaking with nerves and anticipation but a minimum of they take action. that's what sets an entrepreneur above everyone else, they're always taking action.
No long periods spent studying for them, they learn the maximum amount as they have to enable them to require the proper action and that they just choose it.
4. Ambition & Determination
Every successful entrepreneur has ambition and determination although I might need to say that determination is that the leading factor of the 2 here. Whilst they need ambition and plenty of it and that they know they require better for themselves and their families, just knowing isn't enough.
The determination, that steely drive they need that propels them to consistently make things happen is what separates an entrepreneur from your regular business person.
5. Patience & Perseverance
Every entrepreneur has patience and perseverance although entrepreneurs may have these in fewer quantities than other regular people. this is often because their vision, including their belief and determination is pushing them forward to their next goal all of the time.
All entrepreneurs know, however, that success isn't overnight, they are aware of it requires effort and that they know they'll make mistakes within the process.
What they never do though is change posture and play the victim when something doesn't go in step with a plan. They seize that obstacle as a learning process for next time and use the education from that to spur them on to their next challenge.
6. Creativity and Innovative
Entrepreneurs are naturally creative and innovative. you'll be able to even see this quality in young children. Some children receive financial rewards for doing chores reception, some children receive support from their parents for doing nothing and a few children go and find ways of earning their own money.
These are the entrepreneurs of the longer term. This group is way smaller than the primary two mentioned there, but that's right down to how their parents were raised.
Their parents were probably raised by the philosophy that's 'someone tells you to try and do something and that they pay you for it.' The entrepreneurial child sees a money-making opportunity all the time and acts upon them. they create the choice and do not help some other person making the selections for them.
7. Persistence
Entrepreneurs are nothing if not persistent. They know their idea could be a good one and it should just be that the timing isn't quite right, the placement isn't quite right, their marketing approach isn't quite right but they'll find how to create things happen.
8. Results Oriented
Most entrepreneurs won't take no for a solution. after they are confronted with this response, they will well ask the question "do you recognize someone also interested, who would you suggest I speak with?" etc. They never allow a door to be closed without another even being slightly open.
If they can not immediately find that 'person who does' they're going to find the 'person who knows one that does.' they're driven not always by dollar signs, but just that great sense of accomplishment that comes with a successful result.
They're going to always surround themselves with like-minded people also, other action takers, and have little time for people who 'talk the talk'. Demonstrate don't declare should be their motto!
9. Integrity
Entrepreneurs must have integrity and do not have this quality would be a small contradiction within the actual definition of an entrepreneur. Yes, they'll be quite ruthless but this may not be intentionally to step over people but mainly because they're so driven.
Because they're so inquisitive about people and learning about them, they treat them with respect because entrepreneurs know that without the backing of the people, i.e. their potential customers, their planned venture will never materialize.
Why you see many of the foremost successful people on this earth are described as unassuming, humble, a decent listener, kind, caring, and always willing to place out a hand to assist others. you can not buy those qualities, they're inherent, and also the true entrepreneurs have them in abundance.
10. Customer Focus
Every entrepreneur knows that without their customers they're nothing. Many regular business owners know this additionally so what separates the entrepreneur in their approach with customers. the most thing is that an entrepreneur truly values and appreciates every customer; they know the ability of 'word of mouth marketing over the other paid means and this is often what they strive for.
They need their product or service to be the 'people's choice of product or service' for what it does for them, for the worth it brings them over anything.
They constantly evaluate their competitors and produce something better, less expensive but not lesser value, and is strictly what their customers want and wish at that point.
According to IGOR ROITBURG, low-budget airline owners are prime samples of 'putting and keeping your customer first.' Certainly, those within the UK and Ireland refuse to bow right down to Governmental or elitist pressure, they put their customers above everything else.
